Big Boy’s Automotive Repair LLC was founded in 2022 by Jordan Austin of Jacksonville, Florida. Jordan has spent the first 15 years of his career working in every facet of the automotive industry. From auto parts store manager, to dealership technician, service manager, lead technician, and now business owner.
