Do you charge for estimates?

Big Boy's Automotive Repair offers free estimates on most major vehicle manufacturers. It is recommended to receive a diagnostic visit prior to receiving estimates on trouble codes, rough running conditions, no start issues, fuel related issues, as well as many other car troubles.

How long does it take to get an estimate?

Most estimate requests will be responded to within 24 hours or less. If you have not received an estimate within 24 hours, please feel free to call or text 904-749-8656 or email us directly @ BBsAutomotive@outlook.com

Are repairs under warranty?

All repairs will offer a 90 day warranty on labor, as well as a warranty on the parts subject to manufacturers' warranty!
